The Dream Inn is a 10-story, 163 room full service hotel located directly on the Santa Cruz shoreline. Amenities at the property include a full service restaurant and bar, outdoor swimming pool and spa, and 4,750 square feet of meeting and banquet facilities. Each guestroom features a balcony with unobstructed views of Monterey Bay and Cowell Beach.

Ensemble designed & implemented a comprehensive refurbishment package which included a complete remodel of every guest room along with upgrading the majority of public space. Guest rooms received a significant facelift that entailed the installment of new case/soft goods along with the creation of an upscale bathroom equipped with showers in the majority of units. In terms of the public space, there was a redesign of the main entrance, additional meeting space added and new restaurant/bar space, the Aquarius.   After much discussion and input from the community the hotel was renamed the Dream Inn, which was the name it was always referred to by the local community.
