​Ensemble Hotel Partners was formed as a division of Ensemble to capitalize on the principals' collective expertise as Hotel developers and managers. The principals of Ensemble have been involved in a number of hotel development and repositioning projects such as the Hilton Long Beach and The Maya in Long Beach, The Dream Inn in Santa Cruz, the Holiday Inn Bayview Plaza in Santa Monica, the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel, and the Ramada Renaissance Hotel in Agora Hills.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
